Senior TA leader, 8+ years in tech hiring. Own leadership engineering searches end to end through outbound sourcing, alongside managing recruiting teams. Build AI tools for my own workflow gaps.
I started in recruitment in 2017 and have spent the last eight years moving from high-volume sourcing into leadership hiring — Engineering Managers, Architects, Tech Leads. Most of that comes from outbound sourcing into the passive market, not inbound applications.
Along the way I found the work I like best isn't just filling pipelines. It's figuring out why good candidates fail interview loops, getting hiring managers and panels to agree on the same bar, and fixing the process gaps that make offers fall apart late.
More recently I've started building small AI tools to solve my own workflow problems — a LinkedIn content automation and a voice agent that runs first-pass screening calls. I'm an AI consumer, not an engineer. But when something in my day is repetitive enough to annoy me, I try to build my way out of it.
